Sensatec Management are committed to providing its customers with products and services that fully comply with the contractually agreed product specification, price and lead-time.
The vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement is the Quality System Standard( QMS) ISO 9001: 2008 and the appointed management representative (QMR) responsible for the effective operation of the system is Ian Barwick (Managing Director)
Quality objectives and relevant targets relating to the Quality Policy, or any changes there to are set at the regular Management Review meetings and are communicated in writing to all members of staff.
